Small Steps Big Vision offers in-person workshops focused on equipping students with strategies to live a happy and successful life. Each workshop can stand alone or be used as part of a package, adapted for ages 11 to 18.
We offer a course of self-confidence training, resilience building and emotional fitness strategies that help young people believe in and develop their potential.
When investing in a package, we will support students in identifying their strengths and building on them, replacing limiting beliefs with positive and empowering affirmations, and using habit stacking to improve productivity.
We will introduce them to and practice a variety of relaxation techniques, equip them with tools to manage and work through challenging social situations and provide practical ways to have a positive relationship with social media.
Each student can be supplied with a Big Vision workbook that they can use to record their reflections and self-realisations. All practical tasks and strategies can be recorded in here too, to enable participants to refer to their new toolkit long after the session is over.
We are excited to help women establish what is important to them, improve their self-worth and empower them with the resilience needed to handle the challenges of growing up in the 21st-century.
We strive to leave participants feeling confident, good at spotting opportunities, and worthy of going after each one that comes their way.

To maximise benefit, we advise choosing at least two, one-hour sessions.
Sessions can be delivered in a workshop format together or individually over the same number of weeks.

Identifying strengths, positive personal qualities and techniques for growing in confidence.
2. I can do this
Strategies for building resilience.
3. I'm Ready
Creating a positive morning and evening routine, including strategies for managing stress.
4. I Feel Great
A wellbeing specific workshop for managing stressful situations and relationships.
5. I've Got This
A goal setting and habit stacking workshop.
6. This Is Serving Me
Looking at healthy relationships, comparison and what a positive relationship with social media looks like.
7. I Am Kind
The importance of kindness; to themselves, to others and to the planet.
8. This Is Me
Students will create a personal pitch to help them understand the transferable skills they possess and how they can package them up for a positive interview experience.
