We are living in such a fast-paced world where the demands on employees are ever-changing and the pressure of success is high, both at home and at work.
Burnout is becoming the norm. ‘Stress’ is a term we now use casually; there is almost an expectation that if you work hard, stress comes as part of the package. It doesn’t have to be that way.
Stress affects our mood, our body and our behaviour. None of which feel good or help us to deliver our best thinking or creativity.
Big Vision for Professionals looks at active ways to manage stress and the preventative measures we can put in place. You’ll be given a variety of techniques proven to change your state to one of high energy, productivity and confidence.
Part one is a reflective audit of who you are, what you have experienced, and who you strive to be. We take a look at what has been holding you back from reaching your potential, and practical ways to feel good in and out of work. We look at techniques to start the day strong and end it in a positive way, letting go of challenges faced.
Part 2 is focussed on goal setting and tracking, encouraging participants to stop thinking about what is probable for their future, and instead, consider what is possible. They will be given tools focused on discipline, how to nurture a growth mindset and build resilience to change.
Duration: All workshops can be adapted if there is a specific subject or theme you would like to focus on. We recommend 3 hours for this workshop which can be delivered in one day or split between two 1.5-hour sessions.
